Refund policy

If you’ve changed your mind and you'd like to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible - we accept cancellations within 48 hours after purchase. 

Please notify us of your need to cancel your order at contact@frenchconnoisseur.com, and we will provide you with further instructions on the amount you will be refunded.

If there’s a delivery problem, you can refuse your package. For this, you must make reservations on the driver's delivery slip, with the reasons for your refusal. Furthermore we will need the photos of:

• Damaged merchandise inside and outside the package
• The outer and inner packaging
• The waybill on the package

Without these elements, we will not be able to refund you.

Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
