Why Order Outside the Catalogue?
The products you see on French Connoisseur represent a carefully curated selection of French tableware, cookware and bar accessories. But every one of our supplier partners — La Rochère, Degrenne, Cristel, Charvet, Claude Dozorme, Tridens and others — offers a much broader catalogue than what we can fit on a single e-commerce site.
If a specific piece, colour, size or pattern from one of these houses is not listed on our site, it may still be available. That is where a custom order comes in.
How It Works
1. Submit your request
Tell us exactly which products you are looking for. Include the brand name and, if possible, the exact reference or SKU number from the manufacturer's catalogue. Collection names, dimensions, colour codes — the more detail you provide, the faster we can process your request.
2. We verify availability
We check with our supplier partners in France to confirm stock levels, lead times and pricing for the requested items.
3. We send a quote
You receive a detailed quote including the product price, shipping costs to your address, and estimated delivery time. No obligation — you decide whether to proceed.
The More Details, the Faster the Answer
A precise request eliminates unnecessary back-and-forth. Product references, collection names, dimensions, colour codes — anything that helps us identify exactly what you need ensures you receive an accurate quote on the first reply. Vague requests take longer to resolve and risk misunderstandings.
What We Can Source
French Connoisseur works exclusively with its existing network of French artisan manufacturers. We can source any product that sits within the ranges of our partner brands. If an item falls outside their catalogues, we will not be able to provide a quote.
