Exceptional Service and Beautiful French Tableware

Michael at French Connoisseur has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
I was looking to build a complete Degrenne collection, and Michael's knowledge, patience and attention to detail have been exceptional. Nothing has ever been too much trouble. He has taken the time to source items, answer countless questions, provide honest advice and keep me updated throughout the entire process.
The level of customer service is truly outstanding—friendly, professional and genuinely passionate about bringing beautiful French products to Australia. It's rare to find someone who cares so much about both the products they sell and the experience they provide.
I've already received two parcels, am looking forward to my third Degrenne delivery, and I'm about to order my matching teapot. I already have a wish list of more pieces I'd like to add to my collection, which says everything about the confidence I have in Michael and French Connoisseur.

Degrenne salam black tea pot purchase

I have recently purchased a replacement teapot for home after our second Degrenne teapot handle was inadvertently broken. The Degrenne teapot has been our favourite teapot to use...a consistently good pour, lovely design, and the tea remains fairly constant temperature for longer. I received excellent, prompt and personalised service from Michael and the product arrived in perfect condition and surprisingly quickly. Many thanks.
